First Things First
The first thing you need to do is find out how much you can afford to pay.
I can connect you with lenders who can get you pre-qualified. This really is the first step. Unless you know how
much you are going to be able to afford, you are not going to know the price range that you can look at. Sometimes we
think we can afford more than we really can. Ultimately what that means is you have wasted a good deal of your time
looking at houses you can't afford. Do yourself a favor and sit down with a lender to determine
what kind of loan you are going to get, your interest rate, amount of down payment, etc.
Moving Right Along
After you have done that, it's time to dream. This is my favorite part! There are so many variables
in different homes. You may not even know what you want "until you see it." I hear it all the time! My job is to help you
find it.
